Leave periods are listed on the Salary Payroll Schedule.
ALL employees (Faculty & Staff) must submit a leave report for Leave Period 12 (December 10th - 25th).

In compliance with Policy 4320: Guidelines for the Federal Labor Standards Act, section 3.1, all overtime earned must be approved in writing prior to the date of anticipated overtime. Please contact your supervisor with questions regarding your schedule.
In addition to emailing your supervisor about vacation, leave, and telework days, please make sure to update your Outlook Calendar to reflect the days/hours you will be out.
To update your leave calendar, you can create a new appointment and then choose the appropriate option from the drop down menu.
To view someone else’s calendar, you can Open Calendar and choose from Address Book the person whose calendar you would like to see. You can choose what information individuals can see on your Calendar by clicking on Calendar Permissions. In addition, you can also create a Calendar Group that will allow you to view a group of calendars at the same time. Click here for directions on creating a calendar group.
