The Award Portal is updated from the data warehouse every night. For that reason, it should be your first stop when seeking answers to financial questions.Â
What are the limitations to the information?
The Award Portal displays a current snapshot plus 4 months worth of detail data. The Fund Status Report has a much more extensive transaction history but it is not as easily accessed. The Award Portal is perfect for keeping current on recent changes to your account.
