PBIS Sunshine Committee
The Sunshine Committee has been created with the intention of putting a smile on the face of our most important stakeholders- YOU!
Some of the duties of the PBIS Sunshine Committee include:
Celebrating Staff Birthdays
Managing the Staff Chain Link Reward Cart
Managing the Treats for Common Planning
Bringing Back Foodie Friday
Planning Out of School Events for Staff (everyone pays for their own)

Be a Marigold
Be a Marigold
Our staff members are some of the best around. Lets fill each other's buckets by spreading kind words with one another.
Find the Marigold slips under the Marigold board in the teacher's lounge.
Fill them out and place them in the yellow box.
These are tallied up on the last day of the month.
The winner is announced over the intercom and all marigold slips are placed in teacher boxes.
This year, we will have a winning TEACHER and a winning SUPPORT STAFF every month!
The winning marigolds get their picture taken, a priority parking spot, and a certificate.
ENCOURAGE, SUPPORT, NURTURE
Staff Chain Link Reward Cart:
We know that student behavior is often a reflection of the consistent, hard work of staff members who are using PBIS incentives and effective teaching strategies/interventions to keep students motivated. We want to make sure that we are rewarding YOUR hard work as well. To do so, when homeroom classes earn 20 chain links, teachers and the staff member paired with them will get to choose a prize from the prize cart on Wednesdays.
