Thank you for helping us wrap up the year!
This year, we say goodbye to two valued members of our CPE team: Mrs. Carolyn Clark and Mrs. Louise Leblanc.
Mrs. Clark has spent her time at CPE helping young learners build strong foundations in the classroom, and Mrs. Louise has played a vital role in keeping our students nourished and cared for each day. Each has contributed to the heart of our school in meaningful ways.
We’re thankful for their commitment, steady presence, and the impact they’ve made here. As Mrs. Louise begins a well-deserved retirement and Mrs. Clark steps into a new opportunity, we wish them both the very best in the journeys ahead. They will always be a part of the CPE family.
🤩PBIS Spotlight: Thank You for a Fantastic PBIS Event!🤩
A huge thank you to our dedicated PBIS Team for organizing and setting up an incredible PBIS Fun Fest! Your thoughtful planning and hard work made the event a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for our students.
From coordinating the Color Run and inflatable activities to making sure every detail was just right—including those refreshing popsicles—your efforts truly brought the celebration to life. We appreciate all that you do to support positive behavior and build a strong school community!
🌟Thank You to Our Teachers & AMPEL Team!🌟
We’d also like to say thank you to our amazing teachers for their enthusiastic participation in the PBIS Fun Fest! Your energy, smiles, and support made the day so special for our students. Whether you were cheering on the Color Run, guiding activities, or simply sharing a laugh, you helped create memories our kids won’t forget.
A big shout-out as well to our incredible AMPEL Team for stepping up to help manage and support the event. Your teamwork and presence helped everything run smoothly from start to finish. We’re so grateful for all you do!
Monday is National Speech Pathologist Day, and we’re celebrating three of the best — Mrs. Kelly, Mrs. Kayla, and Mrs. Kelsey!
We are so thankful for the care, commitment, and expertise they bring to our campus. Every day, they help our students grow in confidence and communication, and their work makes a lasting difference in the lives of so many.
Let’s help them feel the love today! A kind word, a quick note, or a simple thank-you can go a long way in showing how much we appreciate all they do for our Jr. Patriots!

Cleaning Out Classrooms
As you begin cleaning out your classrooms at the end of the year, please remember a few things. If you no longer want items purchased by the school, email a picture of the items to myself, Mary, and Autumn and we will make a decision on how to remove the items from your room. Personal items that you want to throw away can be placed in the hallway with a note to throw on the last two days of school.
Faculty & Staff Survey
Your input matters! This form must be submitted by May 23rd at noon. Your responses will assist us in planning for the 25-26 school year.

Classroom Rostering
Teachers, we are in the process of creating a schedule for grade-level teams to meet and discuss student placement for the upcoming year. To prepare for this, each teacher will need to complete a placement card for every student in your class (pink for girls, blue for boys). The cards will be placed in your box this week, and we ask that they be completed by the time we meet in May.
The goal is to balance the caseloads across grade levels. Special education resource teachers will need to be present for these meetings.
We value your insight and expertise in understanding your students, and we appreciate your help in creating balanced caseloads. (Please note: 5th grade teachers do not need to complete this.) Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
*NEW*We are excited to share that we’re planning a Beautification Day after school lets out, on June 7th. We will be inviting our community to volunteer on this day! This will be a wonderful opportunity to make our school even more beautiful!
All supplies will be provided by the school!

If you think of any other tasks that would be great to add to the list, please send me an email for consideration! We’re always open to new ideas! 📧 We would like to have a lead person for each area we will be working on! Please let me know if you would like to be a lead person. This person would meet with Mrs. Jessica & Mrs. Mary and would be in charge of the designated job on that day! :)
