Overview

  • iReady Teacher Led instruction is best utilized for Tier 2 students in a face to face small group setting.

  • Teacher led resources are provided from the iReady Teacher Toolbox and are to be printed in advance. The Teacher Toolbox is accessible through every teacher's iReady account in Clever.

  • iReady Teacher Led Lessons are plentiful and familiar to both teacher and student.

  • For more information on iReady, connect to iReady Central from your iReady App in Clever.

  • Note: iReady Teacher Assigned digital Lessons do not suffice as a Tier 2/3 intervention.

Getting Started

  • Access student data after Diagnostic Assessment

      • Reports>Class>Diagnostic Results

  • Analyze data by student, group, or class. Look for "Areas of Need", "Can Do's", and "Next Steps for Instruction".

Implementing the right lessons

Using data to drive instruction in small groups

  • iReady will make suggested next steps and provide links to teacher-led resources (for individuals or groups).

  • Print teacher-led resources to be used over a the course of two-weeks; each lesson varies but typically includes multiple days of instruction within one lesson. A lesson quiz follows (this is your progress monitoring resource).


Utilizing the pre-requisite reports to make sense of present learning

  • Use iReady's Pre-requisite Report to determine how to support your Tier 2 student with skills closely related to the current benchmark.


Printing/preparing lessons and assessments

  • Teacher-led lessons can be downloaded as PDF's sent to PrintSolutions.

  • Reach out to instructional coaches for assistance with printing weekly or bi-weekly packets.

Progress Monitoring

When and how to assess learning

  • Assess learning on a bi-weekly basis (approx. after every fourth small group)

  • Assessments can be found following the lesson as a "Quiz".

How to share my analysis of student progress

  • Upload your Progress Monitoring Data into EdInsight after assessment. Be sure to include notes as to what benchmark or skill has been taught.

  • In uploading to EdInsight, you are sharing student progress; be prepared to discuss student data during MTSS meetings or parent conferences
