Your Tier 1 students are ALL of your students. All students are entitled to Tier 1, or general education.

The Tier 1 Math Curriculum is enVision - created and content managed by Savvas Learning Company.
Pacing of the Curriculum for Tier 1 instruction should follow:

RAMP (4th and 5th)
Ramp students have been selected based on proficiency scores from 2021-2022 and will participate in a Walk-To-Math transitional model during the Math Block.
Tier 1 Math Curriculum for 5th Grade RAMP is MathNation.
4th Grade Ramp Students will use a combination of 4th and 5th Grade enVision Texts.
Progress Monitoring
Monitor all student progress through the use of formative assessments, performance based tasks, written responses, summative assessments, and/or alternative assessments.
Assessments and progress, both formal and informal, can be documented and tracked on the schoolwide Data Tracking Page for your grade level. **insert link to Google Doc**

Tier 1 lessons, strategies, and benchmark based tasks can be planned as a team or independently using the SCPS Curriculum Frameworks.
For accurate, relevant, and most current resources related to the B.E.S.T Standards and Mathematical Thinking and Reasoning Standards visit the Florida Department of Education to access the B1G M for your grade level.
Wicklow Instructional Coaches are available to assist with Tier 1 instruction including providing support with benchmark clarifications, modeling, small group guidance, and support with resources and planning.
