Habilitat is a 2-year program with time at a residential treatment facility and aftercare follow-up. This program is an alternative to traditional 12-step method. Treatment is done in three phases with privileges and expectations increasing incrementally with each phase. In addition, residents are automatically enrolled for GED if they do not have high school diploma.
