Medications for Opioid Use Disorder Program

Program Mission: To make buprenorphine treatment available to the rural and underserved population of West Hawai`i. This program reduces barriers to treatment by existing in an office-based setting that supports treating the whole person through addiction medicine, primary care, behavioral health, and case management services.

Individuals must be WHCHC patients to access this specialty treatment. Please call 808 329-5629 to request an "establish care" appointment. Click here to link to our new patient forms.

After you are established with WHCHC contact a Behavioral Health Case Manager at (808) 329 5629 ext 240 and let them know you are interested in medications for opioid use disorder.
