Buprenorphine (Suboxone) Providers

See below list for waivered providers. This list will be update every six months and was built off the list on the SAMHSA website (link at bottom of the page). We started with the SAMHSA list then called around to see what providers are continuing to practice, what insurances they accept, and if they are accepting new patients.
