Youth Challenge is a community-based program that leads, trains, and mentors youth. This program has a 22- week long residential phase followed by a year-long mentorship program.

Youth Challenge is for 16-18 year old "at-promise" youth.

No cost for the program, but some personal items may need to be purchased before/during the program.

2. Fill out an application form.

• • Submit application form to email address above.

3. Submit mandatory documents below:

• • Identification Card (State ID, drivers license, military ID, passport)

  • Birth Certificate (if not US born, legalization paperwork is required)

  • High School transcript

  • Criminal Background Check:

-Free for 16-17 year old's

-18-years old; follow this link, cost is $18.

• • Medical physical examination form

  • Social Security Card (SSN)
