Intensive Outpatient: meet 3x a week for 3 hours per session, for 12-16 weeks. Provide assessments, co-occurring disorder treatment, and therapy for individuals and families.
ADAD-ICM: (Adult Drug & Alcohol Division Integrated Case Management) for individuals under the supervision of the criminal justice system who are referred to service. Integrated case management and treatment.
ADAD Adolescent IOP: (Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division Adolescent Intensive Case Management) A 3-6 month intensive outpatient program. Receive assessments, counseling, group treatment, family education, treatment plan, case management, and mentoring.

CARE Hawaii accepts all insurance except Tri-Care. If you have Tri-Care, CARE Hawaii will still work to assist you and find additional funding options for your treatment.
CARE Hawaii accepts referrals from self, caseworkers, probation officers, hospitals, and doctors.
How to Apply:
Come in for an appointment at CARE Hawaii through scheduling an appointment or by walking in.
After this appointment, you will be asked to fill out some intake paperwork
You will be asked to complete various assessments. This will take 1-2 hours.
CARE Hawaii will inform you of their recommendation for treatment after these steps have taken place.
