Attached is everything I sent to Chegg as part of their investigation. All this material was sent to honorcode@chegg.com

• Exam rules expliciting stating using Chegg and sites like it was not allowed

• Student acknowledgement that they read and understood the exam rules

• Screenshot of the problem in Canvas Exam

• Screenshot of problem posted on Chegg

• Letter signed by the dean stating that the school was opening an investigation (required by Chegg). Includes link to problem on Chegg

They removed the problem almost immediately and sent me the result of their investigation a few days later. The excel sheet is what they sent back. I blanked the student's email for privacy reasons. I had to separate out the answer images myself because they were in the html in the answer box.
