First meeting - November 6th from 1:00PM-3:00PM (social hour to follow)

• Joe Graber - High Demand Negotiations for House Bill 2158 (increased faculty salaries for high demand fields)

• Tucker Howie - Online engineering classes as a permanent option post COVID

• Albert Engel - how to coordinate WAMAP

School updates: 80 minutes

Four year institutions to begin, followed by (community) colleges.

We will have shared documents to capture notes, ideas, questions, as presenters share what they are doing this quarter and in 2021.

Lean Coffee: 10 minutes

At the end of the meeting we will have use Lean Coffee strategy to gather the topics that for the second meeting - document to come explaining process

Topics of interest to be decided during our first meeting using Lean Coffee process. We will let our own interests and needs that we identify during the first meeting to drive the structure of this meeting. Google Form will be sent out after the first meeting for input, feedback.
