To set up your team, you need to add new users by inviting them.  

1.The first step is to log in and access your web platform. 

2.After entering the platform homepage, click on the "My team" button in the top left corner, which will take you to the user management page. 

3.On the user management page, click on the "Invite new user" button on the lower left corner. 

4.You can invite a new user by typing their email address. 

5.When you send the email to the new user, they must accept the request and create an account. 

Attention! It is possible that emails from the platform may be sent to junk mail or spam, please check these mailboxes before contacting us. 

To delete a user from the organization, follow these steps:

1.First, log in to the platform.   

2.On the homepage, click on the "My team" button in the top left corner. 

3.Next, click on the "Delete user" button. 

4.Select the person you want to delete by clicking on the name. You will see the projects in which this person collaborates. At the bottom, you will see a button labeled "Delete user".  

5.After clicking on the button, a warning will appear asking if you really want to delete the user. When you confirm, the collaborator will be deleted. 

6.If the user is an administrator, you must assign a new administrator before deleting the profile. 

It is possible to change the permissions granted to users within the platform. To do this, follow these steps:  

1.First, log in to the platform.  

2.On the homepage, click on the "My team" button on the top left corner. 

3.Select the person whose permissions you want to change. You will see their details and the projects they collaborate on. At the bottom, you will see a button labeled "Change Permissions."  

4.Clicking this button allows you to modify the user's permissions on the platform.
