AR Issue Tracking

After choosing the model, scroll to the side to see the available options and click on the "Go to solution" button in "Issue Tracking" to start the tool.

How to create a new issue

To create a new issue, click on the "Create new issue" button. 

Then choose where you want to place the issue by positioning the icon and tapping on the element.

Some of the issue fields such as name and an asignation are already filled in by default, but you can edit them by clicking on the field.  

You can add an image to illustrate the issue and also choose the "Add more information" option, where you will find more fields such as the priority of the task, add a due date for its execution and a add a description.

Don't forget to click on the "Save" button. 

How to edit an issue

To edit the information of an issue, change its state or add comments you must select an issue in the Issue Tracking list. Click on the "Tools" icon on the bottom right corner, then you will find the first icon that is the "Issue Tracking" list. Selected it to open the list and then select the "Info" button of an issue and click in the "Edit" button.

Once you have edited the fields you want, remember to click on the "Save" button.

How to archive an issue

Selected the arrow button next to the issue and click on the archive red button on the far right side of the issue name.   

This issue will be archived and will disappear from the list, but it will still appear in the exported list in bcf format in the web platform. 

How to find an issue

When you select the arrow button next to an issue in the list you can choose the "Go" button, then a pointer will appear that will guide you to the item where the issue is located in the model. 

You can also apply a filter by state or priority selecting the "filter" button bellow the Issue Tracking list.
