Issue Tracking

In the "My Solutions" section on the left side of the web viewer you can choose the "Issue Tracking" solution.

How to create a new issue

To create a new issue, click on the "New issue" button on the right side of the web viewer. 

Then choose where you want to place the issue by clicking on the item in the viewer.

Some of the issue fields such as name and date are already filled in by default, but you can edit them by clicking on the field.  

You can also add more information, such as the priority of the task, assign it to someone, add a due date for its execution, add a description and even upload an image to illustrate the issue.

Don't forget to click on the "Save" button. 

How to edit an issue

To edit the information of an issue or add comments you must select the button with the arrow next to the issue in the list on the right side of the viewer.

Once you have edited the fields you want, always remember to click on the "Save" button.

How to archive an issue

Click on the archive red button on the far right side of the issue name.   

This issue will be archived and will disappear from the list, but it will still appear in the exported list in bcf format. 

bcf Files

You can import a bcf file that you have for viewing in our platform. The issue will be located in the same place you put it in the original platform where you generated the bcf. 

You can also export the bcf file with the list of issues generated in VT-Platform to manage them in your bcf software. 

The Issue Tracking list is also available to be exported in PDF format. 

VT-Platform is under continuous development. The requirements, features and limitations described above are subject to change.
