Once again magic slumbers, snow sits upon the Known Lands and icy winds blow down from Skotho. The Awakened of the Unfinished Tome gathered in their Tower to ponder and plan what they would do when magic returns in strength.

Delegations from across the Known Lands came to the Tower. Some sought the wisdom of the Awakened, others their aid, whilst some brought gifts and reward in thanks for deeds performed and make fast their alliance with this rising power.
