Isolation is an enticing action many go to when they need to be introspective or come up with new creative ideas. However, there can be heavy ramifications to isolation, including negative emotions and antisocial tendencies. Using the medium of photography I aim to show the complex negative effects the human psyche gets inflicted with while in isolation. Isolation doesn't mean being inside a dark room with no lights with no communication. It can be anywhere at any time. Many people inside large cities are lost in the sea of moving individuals and the soulless concrete foundation we have. As a photographer I am interested in exploring the intricacies of isolation: how it eats away in the psyche and makes people alone in even the most social of places. The goal: to spark conversation and introspection on isolation and its effects.

About the Artist

Street photography is a medium that allows me to capture the raw, unfiltered reality of everyday life. It is a form of art that seeks to document the human experience as it unfolds in public spaces. Through my photographs, I aim to give viewers a visceral look at the world around us, capturing moments of emotion, beauty, and even discomfort.

My images are a reflection of the diverse range of experiences and perspectives that exist in our world. Whether it is the joy of children playing in a park or the frustration of a commuter rushing to work, my photographs aim to capture the essence of the human experience in all its complexity. By showing the world as it is, I hope to generate engagement about the issues and challenges that we face as a society.

I aim to provoke a conversation about the role of art in documenting and reflecting the reality of our world.
