COLD WINTER DEFEAT

Blackburn Rovers 4-2 Birmingham City

Blues suffer another loss under new boss Wayne Rooney.

A good end to the first half was cancelled out by a flurry from the home side.

Giving them a three goal advantage 15 minutes into the second half.

Siriki Dembele dragged Blues back into the action though.

But Blues couldn’t find the equalising goal and substitute Harry Leonard wrapped up the points for Rovers.

They go just off the play-offs in 7th now while Blues drop to 16th on 22 points.

Rotherham next on Saturday.
