The National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C)

There is a wide array of resources, curricula, and activities available for use in the field of transition. When considering curricula, it is important to align with our transition national partners, NTACT:C, and their evidence-based, research-based, and promising practices called the Predictors of Post-School Success. These predictors have been extensively researched and proven to deliver successful results.

NTACT:C also offers comprehensive support to transition practitioners through rigorous research, informative webinars, effective training sessions, and helpful lesson starters directly linked to their predictors of post-school outcomes.  To access the resources available on the NTACT:C webpage, users will need to create a login credential.

On the following page, there is an array of additional resources related to self-advocacy that have been developed by various national partners. Please note that, while the Transition Improvement Grant does not endorse these resources, they have undergone extensive research and have been found to contribute to positive outcomes in post-school settings.
