Each day, Muslims offer prayers five times. A spotless space is needed when performing these acts of worship. Sitting allows reading instead, should a person's leg be injured. Facing the correct way matters during prayer; that direction ties to hajj. Wudu comes first, recited before any prayer begins
This schedule, known as Rakaat of Salah, shows newcomers how many prayers follow each event. For those still learning, it acts like a guide when memory fails.
Dua after Azan
O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer, grant Muhammad the intercession and favor, and raise him to the honored station You have promised him. Verily, You do not fail in Your promise.
Establish prayer ˹O Prophet˺ at both ends of the day and in the early part of the night.1 Surely good deeds wipe out evil deeds. That is a reminder for the mindful. Holy Quran 11:114
