1) Shaddah - Believing in one god which is Allah and Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is Allah's messenger
2) Salah- Muslims pray five times a day and show full iman (having faith in Allah)
3) Zakkat (charity) - Giving money for poor people who cannot afford food or clothes
4) Sawm - For one month, muslims cannot eat or drink during that time
5) Hajj- Muslims have to go to Hajj once in their life time
Why do they have to follow the five pillars of Islam?
Muslims has to follow the five pillars of Islam because they are basic acts of worship and it strengthen their faith and their connection with Allah. It also it guides their actions and behavior, making them better people and brings them closer to Allah.

Shaddah is having faith in Allah

In the Quran does it mention about the five pillars of Islam?
It does not mention that in the Quran but it does mention it in the Hadith about the five pillars of Islam.
The hadith says: "Islam has been built on five [pillars]: testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammed is the messenger of Allah, performing the prayers, paying the zakat, making the pilgrimage to the House, and fasting in Ramadan."
