The Halal sign حلال
Muslims think that some haram food can be un clean, made diffrently or bad for your body. It could also be linked to a religion they you obviously don't believe.
When an animal suffers during killing, its meat becomes forbidden. Alcohol, pork, dead bodies of animals, predators, and creatures dying from sickness, wounds, poison, or shock are not allowed either. Eating such things without knowing gives a chance to seek forgiveness from Allah. Choosing to consume them knowingly may bring inner distance or sorrow, since the choice goes against guidance. Imagine messing up at home - maybe you knock over a glass and right away, you grab a cloth. That uneasy feeling? It nudges you to clean the mess. Following guidance matters in daily life. For Muslims, these directions come from Allah, seen as protection, not restriction. Eating certain meats, such as pork, goes against what is permitted. Preparation also counts; if food isn’t handled a specific way, known as halal, it stays off the plate. Think of a parent stopping you before you touch something hot. Their warning isn’t about control. It’s care showing up early.
Wine - Wine is not good for your body
Pork - Pork is unclean
Alchohol - Alchohol is bad for your body
He has only forbidden you ˹to eat˺ carrion, blood, swine,1 and what is slaughtered in the name of any other than Allah. But if someone is compelled by necessity neither driven by desire nor exceeding immediate need—they will not be sinful. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Holy Quran 2:173
