Who are the 5 Major prophets?
The 5 major prophets in Islam are Prophet Nuh, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Musa, Prophet Isa, and Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (peace be upon them all). Each had an exsclusive, powerful moment that showed their strong connection/faith to Allah. In the past, Prophet Nuh allways made a dua to Allah when he felt alone, and Allah answered him by saving him through the ark. Prophet Ibrahim was tested with loads of things but one big test was leaving his wife Hajar and son Ismail in the desert which led to the miracle of Zamzam water. Prophet Musa once asked Allah, “Can I see You?” and Allah told him it wasn’t possible. Prophet Isa spoke while he was still a baby to defend his mother Maryam when people accused her unfairly. And Prophet Muhammad ﷺ went on a special journey called the Isra and Mi'raj, where he traveled from Makkah to Jerusalem and then to the heavens in one night, and received the command for Muslims to pray five times a day.

He called his people to worship only Allah for many, many years
Most people did not give attention to him and made fun of him.
Allah told him to build a huge ark, and when a great flood came, only the believers and some animals were saved.
His story shows patience, trust in Allah, and never giving up.

He rejected idol worship and tried to guide people to the right path and saying that only Allah is the true God.
He destroyed idols to prove they had no power
Was thrown into a fire but Allah protected him
Was ready to sacrifice his son to obey Allah but Allah replaced him with a ram kindly
He also helped build the Kaaba the holiest place in Islam (part of the 5 pillars of Islam)

Was sent to Pharaoh, one of the most rudest powerful ruler
Helped free the Children of Israel from slavery in Egypt since slavery for the children felt unfair.
Allah gave him many miracles, like his staff turning into a snake .
He received the Torah (Tawrah), a holy book from Allah ( that sadly changed over time).
His life teaches courage, faith, and standing up for truth even in tough times.

He was born without a father with a miracle from Allah.
He could cure the sick,and raise the dead (with Allah’s permission)
He still believed in one god (which is Allah) and preached with kindness and respect to others
Was given the Injeel (Gospel).
People tried to harm him and be evil, but Allah raised him to the heavens and he will return before the Day of Judgment.
He is a symbol of compassion and strength.

The final prophet, sent to all of humanity.
Received the Quran, the last and complete message from Allah.
Faced many hardships and faced lots of terror but he still stayed strong and patient.
Spreaded the message of god
A role model for Muslims
What has the prophets teached us?
Faith – Always believe in Allah, no matter what.
Patience – Even when things get tough, never give up.
Kindness – Treat people well, even if they are mean to you.
Courage – Stand up for what is right.
Trust in Allah – Even when things seem impossible, Allah can help.
The Hadith says..
Actions are judged by intentions, and everyone will be rewarded according to what they intended. So whoever emigrated for Allah and His Messenger, then his emigration is for Allah and His Messenger; but whoever emigrated for worldly gain or to marry a woman, then his emigration is for what he emigrated for.
(Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith 1)
وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مِيثَـٰقَهُمْ وَمِنكَ وَمِن نُّوحٍۢ وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَى ٱبْنِ مَرْيَمَ ۖ وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُم مِّيثَـٰقًا غَلِيظًۭا ٧
And ˹remember˺ when We took a covenant from the prophets, as well as from you ˹O Prophet˺, and from Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus, son of Mary. We did take a solemn covenant from ˹all of˺ them. Holy Quran 33:7
مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَآ أَحَدٍۢ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلَـٰكِن رَّسُولَ ٱللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمًۭا ٤٠
Muḥammad is not the father of any of your men,1 but is the Messenger of Allah and the seal of the prophets. And Allah has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of all things. Holy Quran 33:40
