Our web-based Customizing Learning Suite includes tools that effectively document
current reality,
the impact of professional learning,
student-level and teacher-level results, and
growth patterns over time.
The Suite can be used by:
individual teachers for self-reflection about their own practice and growth and by
leaders (building leaders, professional development designers, AEA staff, IHE members) to develop and monitor professional development plans for individual teachers, building, and districts. These tools should not be used for evaluative purposes.
