A huge conflict originated between delegates about the lives taken in World War 2 in the ECOSOC committee.

“After World War 2, Germany started creating more military weapons. Is Germany still planning and influencing another world war? The Delegate of Poland angrily stated. The delegate of Germany was questioned about the creation of military weapons at a huge rate.

Voicing the facts, the delegate of Brazil stated that Germans were restricted from creating weapons after World War 2. Then again, the delegate of Germany was accused of killing the Jews in the war and was continuously questioned.

“The killing of Jews was Hitler’s plan so blaming Germany is inconvenient.” the delegate of Germany stated. 

In defense, India stated that it was Germany’s fault to choose Hitler as the leader. The delegate of Germany was accused continuously of taking the lives of nearly 15 million military personnel and 38 million civilian deaths. 

“Why did the US not stop the war beforehand and later involved themselves in the world war?” the delegate of India inquired trying to highlight the fact that the USA was an active country involved in World War 2.

The representative South Korea defended the USA by stating the USA was a neutral country in the war and was involved in the war after Vietnam was attacked by Japan. Moreover, the delegate also stated that the US military was damaged in World War 1 so it didn’t involve itself in the war beforehand. 

“Why did the US government supply missiles and weapons to other countries if it was acting neutral throughout the whole war?” the delegate of India questioned.

Stating a logical point, the delegate of the UK replied that to address the problems of the war and to protect their civilians, USA provided military resources. 

“Why is the delegate of India not asking the delegate of Germany about World War 2 when the whole war was started by Germany and Japan?” the delegate of Ukraine voiced a strong and valid point. 

The dias panel abruptly concluded the moderated caucus leaving the delegates in confusion.
