Review Manager integrates with the eFlorist website. Once an order is made, Review Manager will automatically send out a review request to the customer. Review Manager will automatically respond to the reviews on Google Business Profile with the help of an eFlorist agent.
Pulls reviews across multiple platforms into one location to easily track, manage, and reply to reviews.
Sends automatic email or text messages 3 days after the selected delivery date, asking customers to leave a Google Review or Direct Feedback
Teleflora will monitor and respond to all reviews on behalf of the florist. Shops can opt out of this or choose to only respond to positive reviews.
Can generate QR codes to leave a review, as well as track the usage of these codes
Review Manager costs $75/Month.

Explain Direct Feedback, and how we dont respond to the reviews left directly for the business.
Direct Feedback is the optional button on the "please leave us a review " email that we send. This option wont leave a review on platforms such as google, but will send their feedback straight to the florists shop. This is a great way for florist to right customer concerns, rather than leaving a negative review online.
Show the campaign, and explain that this program's main feature is to send out messages to everyone who makes an order on their website, to leave a google review. Here is where you can track those stats
