Add Service areas. If you didn't ask the florist, you can check their about us page on the website.
Add social profiles, if any
Confirm or add store hours
Fill in payment methods. If the florist has a Teleflora POS system, they automatically accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Make sure to fill in as many sections as possible!
Ask the florist if they're interested in creating a Google Merchant Account. Reiterate the benefits and explain what Google Merchant is. If there's time, try creating a profile with them on the phone and gain access to set up later. Or schedule a time to follow up at a later date.
Go to Google Business Manager
Click the left hand tab ‘Businesses’
Change dropdown to ‘TF eFlorist’ group
Click the blue ‘Add Business’ button > ‘Add Single Business’
Search for the business by name. Make sure the addresses match. If the business does not appear in the search, it may be too new, and the florist will have to add us as managers themselves. See below for more instructions.

We usually request management access.
