Rewards Program

Our loyalty program offers great benefits to your customers! In eSAT, you can find the Rewards Program under the Marketing & Promotions menu. To make it easy for customers to join, share the link below on your social media or in email marketing. Customers can create or log into their account on your site and enroll in the program directly. Once enrolled, they’ll be able to see their points balance and any active promotion codes they’ve earned.

In eSAT, you can customize the rewards program settings, including how customers earn points and the threshold required to generate a rewards promotion code. When a promotion code is generated, the customer will receive an email with the code, which is valid for 90 days. You can also enable options for earning bonus points and select which products are included in the promotion code email.

The Account Management section allows you to view customer accounts, check their rewards points balance, and review their promotion code history. You even have the flexibility to manually add or subtract points when needed.
