What is the STEM academy
STEM is an acronym that means science, technology, engineering, and math. Stem academy is a program where students receive a STEM education, based on the subjects listed above. Each year, when a students partakes in the Stem Academy program, it takes up one of their yearly electives.

Part of the STEM program is to help plan for your futures and that includes helping with you resumes for future jobs. They help with designing it and tell the sort of information that you should include. My resume includes my personal information to start off. Following that is the objective statement or a statement about what I am trying to accomplish by creating this resume. The education section is next which includes my expected education in the fields I am currently in. That section is a description of the schools I have attended: colleges, universities, etc. The next part is my achievements and honors. The following section is a description of my skills. These skills listed here are skills that include aspects of myself that companies and jobs would be looking for in an employee. Finally, my previous work experience is highlighted on the resume.

About Me
About Me
I am a graduate from Lacey High School, who is part of the STEM academy program. I was in the STEM academy for 4 years. I played softball for 2 years but stopped once I reached Junior year in order to focus on working and gaining outside experiences with other fields of work. I worked in the service industry that provided many dynamic skills that can be applied to multiple fields such as customer service, multitasking, teamwork, and so much more. I completed competition for the national and internation robotic tournaments, where I placed in multiple competitions. Through the STEM program, I gained multiple skill in terms of working with many different programs such as AutoCAD, fusion360, and Inventor.
