A platoon of troopers aboard a Wolverine has fifty members and is usually split into two squads of twenty five. Each squad of twenty five is commanded by the Commander / Lt. Commander of the vessel making fifty two in all.
The Captain usually remains aboard the vessel to command the mission at a safe distance via the Omni-bot. The squads may further be subdivided into twelve and twelve with the designated leader of the break-off squad being the highest ranked officer in that squad.
On larger vessels there may be several companies of troopers; a company being five platoons.
