The table below shows how the Maximillian Fisher “Unity” books fit in with the timeline of the Josiah Trenchard series. The suggested reading order is how they were published, in numerical order. “Unity – Warrior of the Space Navy” takes place over the same time frame as the first four Trenchard stories. The next Unity book will take place over the same time frame as books seven to eleven of the Trenchard books. Both book series have major events which link them together, such as the destruction of the space elevator. Max Fisher shows up from time to time in the Trenchard stories and vice-versa. Book Five, Belatu-Cadros, is a stand-alone prequel but it does have spoilers if you’ve not read books one through four.
