The purpose of the state war is to:
Federate our state to defeat the enemy state.
Taking control of the capital of the other state
Choosing the governor of the defeated state
Get rewards and bonuses
It consists of 5 main parts to determine which state will invade the other. Therefore, which state will have to defend its capital.
Once the state has declared the winner of the preparatory phase, the war phase starts 1H before the beginning of the fight of the capital. The goal is :
Control of the capital (Main objective)
Make the most points to get the best possible rewards in this war phase (Secondary Objective).
At the end of the time for the control of the capital and the end of the war phase (the phase lasts 25H even if the capital is taken in 8H), the recovery phase begins. It allows :
increase the speed of healing (+20%)
reanimation of dead troops with a basic 30% bonus that can be increased by :
the purchase of resuscitation kit (+10% in total)
the request for assistance to the alliance 5 persons at 10% (+50% in total)
for a Total possible 90% troop recovery.
Here is the schedule for the week: The preparatory phase takes place from Monday to Saturday.
The war phase begins Saturday at 9h UTC and the attack of the capital at 10h UTC, which leaves 1h to get in position.
The recovery phase begins Saturday 23h UTC for 36 hours.
There are three types of rewards for this phase:
Individual rewards for each day
Team awards for each day
State awards at the end of this phase
The state that wins the preparatory phase has the possibility to attack the capital of the opposing state and have 15% Heal buff bonus.
The war phase takes place at the same time as the capital for 26 hours, it is possible to go into the enemy state by teleporting, three times maximum, during this period. It is not possible to attack HQs more than 3 levels below one's own (stars included), in case of legions, the power of the launcher is used to calculate it. It is not possible to attack alliance buildings or our allies when they are in the enemy state.
The battle of the capital earns 3 times more points with the wounded. This phase brings bonuses but does not change anything to the victory: You must hold the capital 8 hours in a row or hold the longest over 24 hours.
Allied-held towers will not attack the capital. It is only possible to reinforce the tower and capital held by your team.
Once the war is over:
If your state wins the capital, then the winning team will govern in your state...
If your state loses but you have won the preparatory phase: You keep your capital with your former governor.
If you lose everything: You don't have a governor for two weeks...
There are many rewards for the 7 phases in individual and alliance... Plus a victory / defeat reward for the preparatory phase.

This last phase takes place after the war phase for 24 hours. It allows you to heal your troops and to be able to partially recover your dead troops.
You will be able to heal your troops and recover part of your dead with 3 different devices
During this phase a 20% healing speed bonus will be activated.
3 different ways to recover some of your dead. 90% maximum can be recovered
You can see your dead, percentage applies to all troops
1) You will get a basic bonus of 30%.
2) You can buy with biocaps resuscitation kits for 1% resuscitation with a maximum of 10% (2250 biocaps) Here is the price according to the number of kits purchased

3) Each of you will receive 10 coupons of 1% of resuscitation. You can only use these coupons for your allies (same alliance only), not for your troops.
Each ally can receive a maximum of 50% (50 coupons).
