Hosting Captain, Darren Wilson welcomed fellow Captains for round three of the 'Lions' Tour.  

Geoff Dunn joined the tour for lunch and was designated photographer on the 1st tee.

Weather:  the weather was once again kind to us with a warm sunny day and light wind.

Format for the day was an individual Stableford played off the white tees and a nearest pin.

Individual Stableford Result: 

1st          Chris Farley (Lee Park) 39 pts

2nd        Steve Worthington (Haydock Park ) 38 pts

3rd         Mark Coulthurst (Royal Birkdale) 35 pts (card play off)    

Nearest the pin was won by Paul Gorton at a distance of 3m on the 2nd hole.

The day was enjoyed by everyone and especially the Southport fish, chips and mushy peas!
