Philosophy of ITEM-PLIANTROPY

Blatantly put, at the risk of offending the prudes (and not giving a damn to that) philosophy of ITEM-PLIANTROPY is that were women to become better aware of their genital anatomy, took better care of their breasts and bodies; got comfortable and good at self-pleasures and mastered the arts of manual and oral pleasuring of penis it would be good for the whole world and eliminate dozens if not hundreds of problems and help men, women and children live happier, healthier and longer while having more fun and looking better or sexier. It would readily become apparent that pliantropy aligns better with the conclusions of The Longevity Project and diverges from the conventional wisdom and the list or recipe style medical advice for life quality and quantity enhancement in all areas where The Longevity Project does that. Among the tasks involved is that of learning a few words of clitoral vocabulary by grasping the meaning of the following terms:

1. Cliteracy

2. Clitilliteracy (and clitoridectomy) elimination

3. Clitockiness promotion (behaving clitocky as the female complement term for its male counterpart cocky)

4. Clitominance (is the female analogous to the term male dominance being suggested in an attempt to be more explicit and explicitly assertive given that subtle assertions is not assertion at all.)

5. Clitoral rights recognition and enforcement. (penile rights are deemed to be subsumed in these rights and do not ignore or seek to preclude or foreclose them, except to the extent of denial of their supremacy or exclusiveness)

Why ITEM and sigogem or sigomed? Reasons why objectives contained in the goals of the ITEM project or movement would be unattainable without the unorthodox more non-conservative and divergent from mainstream standard medical advice for these issues. It is conceded by ITEM project that The Longevity Project correct where it diverges from the conventional wisdom and the list or recipe style medical advice for life quality and quantity enhancement. It is further argued that ITEM approach that hinges on a high orgasm frequency, engagement in copious seduction & serenading, courtship dances, prudent parenthood preparation as antidote to the well-established process of antagonistic pleiotropy hypothesis of aging and death is more persuasive, more rational and more comprehensive and the findings of The Longevity Project are entirely subsumed within it. These assertions are open t o criticism of paucity of evidentiary support and personal biases but it overwhelmingly simplistic and corroborated tremendously by the observations made in the Blue Zones. It is most reasonably anticipated that future studies on longevity enhancment or youthfulness retention would powerfully prove the ITEM-PLIANTROPY hypothesis.

Recognition of important role of mastery of penis massage as an element of ITEM-PLIANTROPY hypothesis. While it might appear paradoxical, contradictory or ill-conceived effective feminism herein recognises that comfort with oral and manual pleasuring of the penis is a skill to be mastered and a process to be enjoyed by the women in heterogamous relationships. Prudence in mastery of penis massage by women lies in the following observations.

She was awarded PDN's Curator Award, Critic's Pick by the Griffin Museum, American Photography AP-25 and ArtSlant's Showcase Award. Her work has been reviewed in BLOUIN Art Info, The New Yorker, Salon, Huffington Post, Fast Company, Hyperallergic and Bitch Magazine, and several other publications. An extension of her creativity with the term cliteracy it seems that time is now ripe to add these five words or phrases into human vocabulary and the axiom “democracy without cliteracy is phallusy.” The five terms being introduced by ITEM project are extension of her innovation on the term cliteracy and takes up where she left and is an attempt to put the advice into practical use to change societal norms.

ITEM would begin by adopting the views of Sophia Wallace who believes Cliteracy or mastery of cliterology would empower women and even serve men well. She begins by stating All bodies are entitled to experience the pleasures they are capable of, which happens to be key goal of ITEM movement. Sadly, she reports 140 million women having their clitorises amputated often butchered by non-health care provides and without anesthesia. While conceding her own ignorance of the truth she declares - Clitoris is not a button, it is an iceberg. One objective of cliterology would be to remove discrimination of genital anatomy by noting the similarities between penis and clitoris. She speaks of need, capacity and entitlement of women to orgasms, biological basis of which still baffles sex researchers. Her comparison of psychological clitoridectomy through denial of orgasms is a driver behind ITEM. Rationale for promoting cliteracy and ITEM is found in the strategies used by exhibitionistic propensity of gay parades when there are no hetero parades. The deliberate display and flaunting is called for and justified by the need to take assertive action as an act of liberation or ending of the subjugation or oppression that the female sexual gratification has endured for centuries. A notable observation in her talk is her fairly accurate and appropriate reference to G-spot as internal clitoris.

Rationale for aiming to introduce longevity strategies into the lifestyles of human females who already enjoy about a decade longer lifespan through pliantropy is guided by the following motives.

1. Lowering of the prevalence of the conditions called ORCHIDS, especially Alzheimer’s disease

2. Improvement of the quality of life of women especially past the menopause primarily though a better acceptance of sexuality through cliteracy and better orgasmic pleasure.

3. Raising the economic status of women to bring it closer to that of men.

4. Offering and nearly enforcing the agenda to retain natural physical attractiveness or sex appeal for about a decade longer.

5. Positively impacting the intelligence and fitness level of children and attempt to prolong their longevity by working towards better marital harmony and divorce evading in low conflict marriages.

A clarification note on the assertion that in the bedroom onus of orgasm for both partners is with the woman. It has been argued that women must insure that they help their male partners get sexual gratification and that they insure their own gratification at the same time and not depend on men for that because man’s happiness is the better predictor of health and well-being for both the husband and the wife. It would be wrong to view it as lowering the status of the women as some hard-line feminists might perceive upon noting the remark that woman’s own happiness mattered much less to her future well-being. The point here is one is best off not fighting with facts by denying them and instead keep the long-term goals in mind. A smarter perspective to hold in mind of this burden that onus that both partners in the bedroom have orgasms in the bedroom is that the woman is in charge of and the provider of the orgasms to both partners. That attitude should be strongly empowering and not enfeebling.

On a mission to help women find their joy from the inside out, Slusarek thinks that loving your bra is a good place to start towards female assertiveness. Imagine a world where women everywhere love their bras! A passionate acceptance of bra as a clothing accessory would certainly be empowering. Vermont entrepreneur Joy Slusarek aced bra fit school (yes, there is a school for such things) and opened JOY all things underthings in downtown Manchester, VT in July of 2013. Her unique marketing approach includes videos that feature her wearing a bra and talking about bras in a casual, basic, and entertaining manner. She believes what you know and how you feel about your bra contributes to what you bring to the world.

The discussion needs to extend from this point towards the direction of breast feeding in the public especially the high-end malls and decriminalization of the female toplessness. The use of bra must be dissociated from the definition of vulgarity or public display or lewd for being lust provoking behaviour. While there is rationale behind censuring lewd behaviour none exist for decent display or sexuality including erotica. Covering and supporting of the breasts must be deemed optional and not subject to censure in the media or in real life on the streets.

Rationale why orgasmic, clitoral, mammary and auto-erotic references are indispensable. It should not require a detailed persuading or argument that the emphasis on or heavy focus on the female sex organ anatomy and physiology in furtherance of the democratic or equitable treatment of members of the human species of the two genders upon observing that what lies at the root of the discrimination, oppression or subjugation of the female segment of human race is the very fact of their sexual anatomy and physiology. To this must be added that the anatomy and physiology (psychology) of human brain also shows major gender differences. There are gender differences in the anatomy of other parts of the bodies as well which are being revealed as gender distinction physiology. Pathology, pharmacology and psychiatry are evolving upon noting which one does begins to be impressed that as felt by John Gray, men and women might in fact be from different planets. Physicians are becoming more and more aware of these differences where bodies of girls and boys or of men and women function or handle diseases or drugs very differently. Advocates of female equality to men clear need to get past the hypocrisy of seeking gender equality while failing to admit the role played in it by the sex organs and sexual physiology. Women cannot hide behind modesty and prudery of not even uttering the words like clitoris, orgasm, masturbation etc., and expect an entitlement to equal treatment in their civil rights specifically in the economic and political contexts. Empowerment of the female half of the universe would require cliteracy through a concerted elimination of clitilliteracy and clitockiness promotion and attain clitominance. The adherence to ultra-modest attitude is incompatible with the ending of gender discrimination and through that women would continue to be accomplices in their own oppression and subjugation to masculine dominance. In the context of clitominance a word of caution is to not elevate it to levels of psychological degonadization or mental castration of the male partner because rendering the man in the marital relationship hurts the welfare of the woman and the children.

Mechanism of struggle for an orgasmic equality as ground zero for gender equality. Gender discrimination elimination must begin by women starting to openly demand their entitlement to orgasmic equality which lies at the root of ITEM movement such that self-arousal is not being advanced as a titillation tool or an expression of some version of vulgarity but a most genuine physiological basis for starting the gender discrimination elimination. Here a severely muted and unenthusiastic attitude of women poses a hurdle and exhibits their acquiescence to their own oppression and subjugation which quietly conveys the message to men that they are content with the status quo and do not wish things to change. Given that women are doing a dismal job at this task of fighting for their own rights, it does fall upon right minded men who wish to foster human rights and gender equality to take leadership in this struggle. The linking of the novel concept pliantropy to orgasm obtained through ITEM is indispensable. Economic and political equality between the genders would never be realized without success in the struggle for orgasmic equality. At this time the inequality here is major given that regular and reliable orgasming evades nearly half of the women and some 10% of women simple do not expect to have any orgasm in their entire life. A cookbook approach to fitness and longevity is seriously flawed and struggling with a list of specific fitness and longevity recommendations is ill-advised. The goal of “a productive and a meaningful life” is a lot superior objective to follow than a specialized diet plan or fitness routine. Living with a high contentment level or sustained state of happiness is most closely correlated with good health and longevity.

Faulty, inaccurate or invalid nature of the following recommendation was observed rendering them myths.

1. The good die early and the bad later on.

2. Marriage guarantees a longer and a healthier life.

3. By living a slow-paced life without hard work results in longevity

4. Mere thinking in a rosy style lowers stress and help with longevity.

5. Regular adherence to an organized faith helps live longer

6. Those who rely on gardening, walking and domestic chores as physical fitness must resort to a vigorous fitness regimen for longevity.

7. Worrying invariably leads to ill-health and shortens life.

8. If you feel loved, you would be healthy and live long.

9. Early retirement helps in a healthy and longer life.

10. Taking life seriously impedes healthy and long life.

11. Having a head start in school helps being fit and live long

12. You can live to be 100 only if you give up all that make you want to live long. Here it is noteworthy that some centenarians have been cigar smokers, meat eaters, not regular visitors to gym, asexual hermetic etc., which permits a conclusion that a combination of factors rather than a single one is the determinant of longevity)

While a single or a few of these illnesses promoting and longevity curtailing element would not be relevant, having several or nearly all of these would certainly impact health negatively and shorten longevity. These negative life elements that are contrary to pliantropy are:

1. Being an obsessive gloomy worrier leading to a predisposition towards being “an overall loser” who concedes defeat without persevering or showing prudence thus tempting towards a life of deceit and crime or poor moral conscientiousness.

2. Poverty or paucity of social engagement or paucity of devotion to community manifesting as reclusiveness or social sequestration.

3. Significant to severe chronic anxiety state also expressed as a high stress level leading to propensity to derive pleasures largely from overeating fat, sugar and salt rich large portion meals.

4. Lack of health or fitness conscientiousness or a weak desire to improve one’s fitness level.

5. A non-sociable personality with psychopathic or narcissistic traits lacking emotions or lacking the capacity to communicate emotions.

6. A troubled childhood that interfered with the acquisition of scholastic and life skills that sets the stage for a dismal success in post-secondary education.

7. A paucity of overall satisfaction with the accomplishments during the life.

8. An poor or dismal overall level of physical activity.

9. Quality of or the level of harmony in the marriage including specifically sexual contentment.

10. Unfulfillment from the vocational engagement or job dissatisfaction and work related stress.

11. A stress and ill-health generating pattern of religious engagement.

12. A poor level of gender expressivity as it aligns with the gender assignment or being, non-masculine for men and non-feminine for women.

The interplay of moral conscientiousness with fitness conscientiousness, diet conscientiousness, social accountability. Devotion to the community or the village is a feature of pliantropy because a conscientiousness parent is deeply aware that help of the entire village would be required to successfully raise a child so the conscientiousness parent invests in the community very conscientiously. Those lacking in moral conscientiousness constitute unfit parents and divergent from pliantropy so they succumb deeply into antagonistic pleiotropy where the trophic processes begin to cause atrophy. The lack of moral conscientiousness has a spillover effect or domino effect over all other dozen of destructive traits such that health, fitness and longevity all get marred by the simple lack of moral conscientiousness. Moral conscientiousness has been linked to better health and longevity. Individuals who pursue success by remaining diligent, persistent, methodical, detail observant derive these habits from a high level of morality and these successes securing traits work in all spheres of life from fitness, finances, family and longevity. The cumulative effect of these traits and the habits resulting from them amounts to having a clear path and “a well-defined purpose in life” or ikigai and the most prudent of the purposes for a vast majority of humans is procreation and raising a good family.

Moral conscientiousness testing. Excellent moral standard requires a score over 40, and scores below 20 means lack of conscience. While 50 is the perfect angel grade score the score of 10 indicates recklessness and possible psychopathy or antisocial personality.

While interpreting the above test the two filler or distracting items that must be ignored are – 3 and 7 such that the total score is out of a maximum of 50.

Inverse score item are 2, 5, 8 and 10. They are inserted as an attempt to blind the test subject a little to prevent deliberate result contamination. To rectify and score correctly these four items it is necessary to convert score 1 to 5, 2 to 4, 2 to 4 and 1 to 5. The score 3 stays unchanged.

Moral conscientiousness that produces a fitness conscientiousness helps with evasion of ORCHIDS and permits longevity through pliantropy via these three mechanisms.

A. Conscientiousness promotes health positive habits and deters from high risk activities and general recklessness like smoking, drinking, drug use etc. They adhere better to medical advice, fitness routines, seat bet use, regular physical checkups etc.

B. Conscientiousness plugs one into a secure and supportive social circle or village. Viewing the creation of or becoming assimilated into a life supportive village for child rearing, as an element of pliantropy the consequence of better health and longevity would be automatic. Being a member of caring community promotes a loving and supportive marriage given that in that cohort all of the members would be conscientious.

C. Conscientiousness and a quasi-immortal constitution might have a possibly genetic third common pathway connection. This suggestion is supported by a sturdier neuro-endocrine constitution as shown by GABA, dopamine, prolactin, oxytocin, endorphins and especially serotonin. A higher impulsivity linked with low serotonin (and possibly also high GABA, and low dopamine, prolactin, oxytocin, endorphins) levels can explain high risk cognitive style of shorter living people. Even if this is genetic trait through epigenetic shifts in the endocrine operation with a mindful meditation with or without sigogem, it should be possible to acquire some of the immunity that is enjoyed as a genetic gift by some. Ill-advised optimism would still cause an obese, heavy smoker hypertensive with depression to become ill and die prematurely. The positivity of the outlook on future must be realistic and fact compatible for it to work. Its benefit e.g. the positive mindset created by praying has been proved only in the context of recovering from a heart attack or a surgery when the environment is already conducive to a good outcome and the positivity of the mindset only adds to that pre-existing correctness of the path. Empty optimism is a disguised recklessness. A devout pliantropic parent would not be seen taking such reckless chances with own life or that of the child. So, the benefits of a positive outlook on life do come with this realism caveat that require reconciliation with pliantropy. Even neuroticism of modest extent can have a positive impact if it renders the person diligent about personal care and that of the family. Harm from neurotic comes only if it is extreme and misplaced such that the worrying is geared to protect the irrelevant or potentially dangerous. Such neuroticism or worrying can be placed under the term “being concerned” but there would remain disputes over what is included and excluded from the term of “being concerned”. Here even expert help might be useless as it has been shown to be misguided as well.

The catch-22 dilemma of high sex appeal. Just as it was assumed above that the burden of cultivation of moral conscientiousness by making as hard an effort towards that goal as possible is problematic as is the innate impossibility of success is partly conceded because what is being asked is what the person lacks to start with. That is true of the orgasmic frequency via ITEM or coitus. A key benefit of ITEM – pliantropy is stated to be longevity that would likely ensue from higher physical attractiveness or sex appeal, it is also recognized that attractiveness and high sex appeal is required to succeed in the objective of high orgasm rate and pliantropy. Strongly masculine men and high estrogen very feminine women are observed to have higher libido and greater ease in obtaining orgasms. Testostrone is reposible for libido and orgasmic capacity in both men and women and its levels are boosted by having regular sex and having a high orgasm rate. That would permit conclusion that people are born to be healthy and long lived or otherwise and the entire story is scripted in the genetic code and is impossible to rewrite. Epigenetics however argues that the script can be re-written but also concedes that re-writing or editing the script is not easy and is going to require huge effort. That is why success in this direction is possible only through a collaborative effort as is herein suggested through ITEM – pliantropy. There too the hurdle is the same. The movement would be easy to build were people already enjoying a high orgasm rate and health. However it is also hoped that with the efforts of a dedicated group furthering the agenda the threshold would be crossed and the impossible seeming task of kindling would be succeeded with. Evolutionary trend however has been in the direction of selection of the more attractive people and elimination of the less attractive one or those with poor sex drive or orgasmic capacity. That should be easy to grasp by noting that those with poor sex drive would reproduce less. However medicine has created an artefact by keeping alive those who would have been selected by nature for elimination. Recognition of this hurdle or the need to cross the threshold by the mobilizers of ITEM movement should encourage them to persist with their efforts and apply themselves harder than abandoning the idea readily.

A parallel between pliantropy approach and the conclusions of The Longevity Project can be found in that both diverge from the standard making a list of recommendations approach. Those lists have been ill-advised and ineffective.

But extreme exercise is not a predictable indicator of longevity (though the organization and persistence required to get there probably are). As important as exercise and lifestyle are to health, and thus to longevity, pushing yourself to extremes is not necessarily going to lengthen your life span, particularly if you don’t enjoy it.

Grasping the degonadization theory of aging. It has been suggested that a major objective of inflammaging mediated antagonistic pleiotropy that would inflict ORCHIDS and drag the human organism towards its demise is mediated through degonadization that is observed as menopause and andropause. Degonadization of humans not subjected to surgical removal procedures called oophorectomy and orchidectomy respectively, is analogus to the spaying and neutring of the pets by veterinarians. In humans, except in criminal or accidental context a total degonadization is never done. The recognition of a drop in testosterone in both genders past 49 should bring about the realization that without special efforts half of the men would be at least partially impotent and that women must rely on ITEM for orgasming on top of the fact that for many woman orgasming is pragmatically impossible without direct clitoral stimulation. Rules for the conduct of gatherings or meetings of the ITEM clubs.

1. No formal registration or membership in the clubs is requires and there will never be any membership fee or annual dues or any kind. Token contribution on voluntary donation basis can be engaged in to raise funds to meet the cost of meetings but the food and drinks consumed during them can be contributed on a potluck basis.

2. The meetings or gatherings would be strictly smoke, alcohol and drug free.

3. There would be no officials presiding or organizing the gatherings but two or three of the participants can assume the onus of organizing the meetings on a voluntary and preferably on rotating basis so that everyone gets an opportunity to be the organizer.

4. Venues of the meetings would be determined by each clubs in light of their unique circumstances and there is expected to be a lot of flexibility and variety in the venue from public parks, community centers to the residences of one of the members.

5. The clubs would be open to multi-lingualism but their business can be conducted in any preferred language suitable for and agreed upon by the group but those of minority language would be accommodated to the best ability of the group. Those with hearing and speech hurdles too would be accordingly accommodated.

1. In order to further the mandate goals or objectives speakers on various topics of interest to the groups would be invited to speak to the club members as per the wishes and efforts of the clubs.
