Site - Phi

Site - Phi is the installation site for civil, administrative & departmental offices. Site - Phi also serves as a residential area for staff. Site - Phi has the Breach Shelter in the case of Protocol Red Heron, Purple Reign, & Oxygen Depletion. Security Department members are responsible for the protection of this site from hostiles and escaped Class - D's. Site - Phi also houses the Research Wing, Technical Wing, & Medical Center.
