The Internal Records Office is a publicized branch of the Internal Security Service ("ISS") tasked with handling the ISS's information security and archives, namely through the protection of documentation, dissemination of information breaches, provision of proper security classifications and other administrative functions needed to safeguard documents pertaining to Critical Foundation Infrastructure. The IRO reports directly to the ISS and through such the Director of Intelligence.
