Site - Alpha Recreational Research Division

The Director of Site Alpha Research is the person with the fullest authority over the Recreational Research Division and all of its subdivisions as a whole, being in charge of supervising and overseeing the entire research in Site Alpha and its outsides.

The Research Central Command are High Command in the Recreational Research Division and there is a leader for each subdivision of the department, which they lead along with the Research Regional Command.

The Research Regional Command is made of personnel who are High Command members of a subdivision. These people are the 3rd in Command of the department and are the ones who authorize and bring up most of the decisions. They are Medium Command of the Recreational Research Division.

A Research Advisor is a Medium Command member of a subdivision. They ensure everything is running smoothly, make sure to mentor the new people, enforce the set rules and supervise the new Interns in Probation, giving them a set amount of specific tasks, often accompanying them. They also approve and deny permissions.

The Specialized Alpha Researchers have achieved a higher rank in the department due to their shown skill and intelligence. They have access to more duties and such, as well as given more responsibilities.

Site Alpha Researchers are those members who have passed their probationary phase and are full members of the department. They are assigned to one of the many subdivisions in the Recreational Research Division and their work revolves around it. However, due to being the lowest rank in a team, they don’t have as much access. A Research Advisorcan pick one of these if they want an assistant on something.

The Interns in Probation, abbreviated with IiP, are those personnel who just got in the department and are still learning the ropes of it. They are assigned to a Research Advisor, similar to Trainee Technicians and Senior Engineers, who supervise them and their work. They can be often handpicked by the respective Research Advisor to help them on their work. A good example was the Rinsu brothers, who got out of Site Alpha to research the current state of the Pandora crystal and initiate an investigation on the mystery of ISD killing themselves over it.
