Lockdowns

Definition: 

• The entire installation and all of its site is under full lockdown.

Procedures: 

• Upon full lockdown being called, all personnel are to remain in their current location.

  • All active tests may continue so long as if they are already at the containment chamber.

  • All active checkups/interviews may continue. After they are done, they are to remain in their location and wait for the lockdown to be called off. Class-D's are to be returned once the lockdown is over.

Announcement: 

• • "Attention all installation personnel, Pathos - III is undergoing a temporary lockdown. All personnel are to remain within their current location."

Definition: 

• Site Phi lockdown is called for when the site is either uncontrollable and unstable or if there are multiple rogue personnel.

Procedures: 

• All personnel are to remain within their location if they are inside of Site Phi. Those outside of Site Phi may continue their normal operations but may not approach Site Phi. 

• All operations within Site Phi are to cease.

Announcement: 

• "Site-Phi is currently undergoing a temporary lockdown. All operations with Site-Phi are to cease."

Definition: 

• Site Omicron lockdown is called when Omicron is no longer controllable due to rioting Class-D's. 

Procedures: 

• All personnel are to remain within their location or evacuate Site Omicron. Personnel outside of Site Omicron are to continue their operations as normal and are not to approach Site Omicron. 

• All operations within Site Omicron are to cease and security forces are to regain control of Site Omicron. 

Announcement: 

• "Site - Omicron is undergoing a temporary lockdown. All personnel within Site - Omicron are to remain within their current locations. All onsite operations suspended." 

Full LD Definition: 

• Once a CDCZ Lockdown has been called, all available Security are to report to the inner CDCZ and force Class-D into their cells. Class-D who are not in their cells 30 seconds after the lockdown has been called shall be terminated. Security are still required to escort requests during CDCZ Lockdowns.

Soft LD Definition: 

• Once a Soft CDCZ Lockdown has been called, all available Security are to report to the CDC mines and hold Class-D within the mines. 

Procedures: 

• CDCZ lockdowns may be called only when both of the cellblock towers are manned by at least one Security Department member. 

• CDCZ lockdowns may be called for a maximum of 15 minutes and shall have a grace period of at least 20 minutes. 

Announcement: 

• "Attention all installation personnel, the Class-D Containment Zone is undergoing a temporary lockdown."

Definition: 

• Cleanroom lockdown is called when Class-D personnel are storming the site or a site-contained breach is occurring. 

Procedures: 

• All personnel within the cleanrooms are to stay in their location and await further instructions. All personnel outside of Cleanrooms are to continue their operations as normal and are not to approach the Cleanrooms.

• All operations within the Cleanrooms are to cease. 

Procedures: 

• "The Cleanrooms are now undergoing a temporary lockdown, all testing entering the Cleanrooms is to be monitored by the Military Police."

Definition: 

• The Moderate, Heavy, or Alpha Containment zones may experience lockdowns due to a soft breach or due to it being uncontrollable due to Class-D's or hostile GOIs. 

Procedures: 

• Personnel within the specified containment zone on lockdown are to stay in their current location. Operations in other containment zones rather than the one specified may continue their operations but must remain on high alert. 

• All operations within the specified containment zone are to cease.

Announcement:

• "The ______ Containment Zone is undergoing a temporary lockdown. All testing entering the ______ Containment Zone is to be monitored by Crimson - 9 Agents."

Definition: 

• Fire lockdown is called either when a breached SCP, hostile GOI or Class- D's within the affected areas. All installation fire doors are closed to slow down threats. This may only be called if protocol Red Heron, Uproar, or Purple Reign have been activated for 15+ minutes.

Procedures: 

• All personnel within the affected areas are to move to the nearest safe location. 

Definition: 

• Once a Breach Shelter Lockdown has been called, most available Security are to report to the breach shelter and deter any threats. Once a lockdown has been called MP are to close the fire door located in-front of the BS. Some security will be tasked with securing the CDCZ.

Procedures: 

• Breach Shelter lockdowns may only be called when the BS is manned by a Military Police constable and is guarded by SD.

• Once a BS lockdown has been called the Breach Shelter may not be opened for ANYONE including people located on the exclusion list.

• All lockdown/fire doors within the Breach Shelter will be closed, personnel should remain within their location.
