As large as the foundation is, we need protocols to keep things orderly and to ensure that if something unexpected happens, we have a system to tell all personnel at once.

Definition:
Protocol Blue Sky is a way of notifying all personnel that all on-site operations are normal and to resume normal duties.
Procedures:
All personnel are to resume normal operations.
Announcement:
"Attention all installation personnel, protocol Blue Sky is now in effect. All personnel may now resume normal duties."
Definition:
Protocol Yellow Ember is called when there is a possible breach, riot, raid, or rogue personnel within the installation.
Procedures:
All personnel are to remain on alert for any potential dangerous events and the possibility of Red Heron, Purple Reign, or Uproar being called.
Announcement:
"Attention all installation personnel, protocol Yellow Ember is now in effect. There's a possibility of a containment breach or a hostile attack, all personnel are to be on high alert."
Definition:
Protocol Red Heron is when a SCP has breached containment.
Procedures:
All on-site operations are to cease.
All personnel are to head to the beach shelter. If you are near the breached SCP, find the closest room and stay hidden away.
If the only SCP breached is SCP-106 or SCP-682, all personnel may remain within Site Phi and not exit the Cafeteria leading towards the highway.
If deemed necessary by Security, Mobile Task Forces, or by a Security Class-4, all personnel are to head to the beach shelter without hesitation.

Definition:
Protocol Purple Reign is used when a hostile organization (i.e. Chaos Insurgency, The Serpent Hand) is preparing or is actively raiding the installation.
Procedures:
All on-site operations to to cease.
All personnel are to head to the beach shelter and await further instructions.
All security forces are to respond. View internal documents for further instructions.

"Attention all installation personnel, protocol Purple Reign is now in effect. An unknown hostile force has been reported from within the facility. All combative personnel must neutralize the threat immediately."
Definition:
Protocol Uproar is used when an unorganized and unauthorized riot is occurring and Class-D personnel have breached outside of Site Omicron.
Procedures:
All on-site operations are to cease. Active tests, checkups, and interviews are to be finished as soon as possible and Class D is to be returned.
The test, checkup, or interview is to cease once the Class-D turns hostile or if deemed necessary by security forces.
All personnel are to head to Site Phi. You are not required to be within the breach shelter.
Announcement:
"Attention all installation personnel, protocol Uproar is now in effect. All inmates are now designated for termination, report to a safe area immediately."
Definition:
Protocol Oxygen Depletion ("OD") is used when the installation is no longer stable and is uncontrollable by conventional means. After an allotted amount of time, the installation is purged of all oxygen, and anyone outside of the breach shelter is ultimately killed.
Procedures:
All on-site operations are to cease immediately, regardless of their intention.
All personnel are to report to the breach shelter as soon as possible.
Announcement:
"Attention all installation personnel, Pathos-III is currently undergoing a mandatory oxygen depletion process. All personnel are to remain in the breach shelter until the alarms have stopped."
Definition:
Protocol Riptide is an on site protocol ( may be initiated by MTF/SD/ISS/EC SC-4’s and above ) in which all Class-D within Site Omicron are to be immediately terminated.
Procedures:
All on-site operations are to cease. Active tests, checkups, and interviews are to be terminated immediately and Class D are to be terminated.
Definition:
Protocol Zeta is an on-site protocol ( may be initiated by MTF/SD/ISS/EC SC-4’s and above ) in which all foundation personnel ranked SC-3 and lower within the facility are to be terminated. Do not terminate combatives.
Procedures:
All on-site operations are to cease immediately, regardless of their intention.
All personnel ranked SC-3 and below are to be terminated immediately.
Definition:
Protocol Silent Night/Blackout is used as an advantage for security forces against hostile threats (Hostile GOIs or CDs).
Procedures:
All operations are to continue as normal unless a Protocol Blackout is called with another protocol.
Announcement:
"Attention all installation personnel, protocol Silent Night is now in effect, operations may continue as normal on high alert"
Definition:
Installation-wide evacuation is generally due to a significant SCP breach event.
Procedures:
All operations are to cease immediately, and all personnel rank SC-0 and above are to evacuate to the facility logistics bay and board a submarine.
All Ongoing tests, checkups, and interviews are to be immediately terminated.
Announcement:
"Attention all installation personnel, Pathos-III is undergoing a mandatory evacuation. All personnel are to report to the Installation Command immediately."
