As long as there are individuals to start fires, there will be people to extinguish them. The Ethics Committee does just that; defense against the hostile rulebreakers and unethical individuals that lie within the Installations' walls.

The Ethics Committee operates directly with the high command of the Installation in order to ensure the morality of their actions is validated.
