Service Fee Guide
First-Time Trial Plan

Babysitting, Housework/Cooking Support
  1 hour: 1,650 yen + transportation fee
(Minimum 3 hours)
This special trial rate is available for first-time users only.
Feel free to try our service with no commitment!

All fees include tax.

Service Hours

• Regular Hours: 8:00 AM – 21:00 PM

• Late Night: 22:00 PM – 7:00 AM (next day)
  
  

Additional Fees

• Membership Fee: 5,500 yen (one-time only)

• Additional child: +700 yen per hour

• Sick Child Care: +500 yen per hour

• Transportation Fee: Actual cost (quoted upon booking)
  Up to 3,000 yen (actual cost).

• If a taxi is required late at night or after the last train, the actual taxi fare will be charged (up to 10,000 yen). 

 Cancellation Policy

To secure our sitters' schedules and ensure fairness for all clients, cancellation fees are charged as follows:

• 1 day before: 50% of the service fee

• Same day: 100% of the service fee
