Cleaning Supplies

We use the cleaning tools and detergents available in your home.
If you would like us to bring our own supplies, an additional fee will be charged.

Contract Term

Our regular cleaning plans require a minimum commitment of two months.
This ensures consistent scheduling and high-quality service tailored to your lifestyle.

For those who prefer short-term assistance, we also offer one-time (spot) cleaning services.

8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

An additional transportation fee (actual cost up to ¥3,000 per visit per staff member, tax included) will be charged separately.

We also offer plans with two or more visits per week to suit your lifestyle.

Deep Cleaning – 2-Hour Routine (120 minutes)

This is our standard 2-hour routine designed by professional home-cleaning staff to efficiently refresh your entire home.
We follow a structured workflow to ensure a thorough clean, even within a limited time.

0–10 min｜General Reset & Preparation

We begin by collecting trash from all rooms, ventilating the space, and preparing the cleaning tools.
This step helps ensure smooth and efficient cleaning.

10–30 min｜Kitchen Cleaning

We start with the kitchen, where dirt accumulates easily.
Tasks include soaking the sink, wiping the stovetop, counters, and surfaces, and cleaning around the trash area.

30–50 min｜Bathroom & Washroom

We clean the bathroom floors, walls, and mirrors thoroughly, including the drain area.
The washbasin and faucet are polished, and a light toilet cleaning is included.

50–70 min｜Living Room

We tidy and organize items, remove dust from shelves and surfaces, wipe tables, and vacuum the floor.
The room is refreshed to create a comfortable, clean space.

70–90 min｜Bedroom & Kids' Room

We make the beds, organize clothes and small items, dust window frames, and vacuum the floors.
The goal is to create a peaceful and tidy environment.

90–110 min｜Entrance & Hallway

Shoes are neatly arranged, the entrance floor and door area are wiped, and dust is removed from high-touch surfaces.
A clean entrance helps set a positive impression.

110–120 min｜Final Check & Finishing Touches

We perform a final check of all rooms, wipe the floors as needed, take out the trash, and put away cleaning tools to complete the service.
