① Contact / Inquiry
Please contact us via LINE or the form below with your preferred dates, area, your child's age, and the expected frequency of use.
② Service Reservation
Please request the sitting service via LINE.
Once the sitter is confirmed, we will send you their profile and contact information.
③ Payment
We will send you a payment link, so please complete the payment in advance.
④ Sitting Service
On the day of the service, the sitter will arrive at the designated location approximately 10 minutes before the start time.
Upon arrival, the sitter will review important points and any special instructions with the parent/guardian and provide care according to those details.
⑤ Feedback After Use
We would greatly appreciate it if you could share your thoughts and feedback after using our service.
Additionally, the sitter will send a report of the day (your child’s condition and daily activities) for your review.
