All staff are trained and certified. We also offer bilingual caregivers (American/British English) and team members with special strengths such as cooking, organizing, outdoor play, and storytelling, allowing us to provide care tailored to each family’s lifestyle.

Pick-up & Drop-off
We safely provide transportation to and from nursery schools, kindergartens, schools, or after-school lessons.
We can also assist with light meals and helping your child settle in after the trip, based on your preferences.
Cooking & Baking with Kids
We can prepare simple meals or enjoy baking treats together with your child.
Even if ingredients are not available at home, don’t worry ! we can either make do with what’s available or bring groceries upon request.
Bedtime Routine Support
We assist with your child's bedtime routine, including brushing teeth, reading bedtime stories, and ensuring they feel calm and secure before falling asleep.
No Ingredients? No Problem!
If you don’t have ingredients at home, we can get creative with what’s on hand, or we can purchase what’s needed ahead of time with prior consultation.
Outings to Parks or Shops
We’re happy to take your child to a nearby park or go shopping together. We always ensure outings are safe, fun, and relaxed.
Communication with Families
To help you feel at ease, we prioritize open communication.
During the sitting, we can send you updates through photos or videos upon request ! just let us know!
Events & Business Trip Support
If you need support during family events or business trips, we’re here to help whether that means accompanying your child to the venue or caring for them at home while you’re away.
Cleaning & Tidy-Up
We always clean up toys and the children’s space after play. Upon request, we can also help tidy up shared areas like the living room, kitchen, or bathroom.
We also accept “housework-only” requests with no childcare feel free to ask.
Evening, Weekend & Holiday Care Available
We provide flexible care, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Perfect for unexpected plans or some well-deserved personal time.

Your reservation will be confirmed after we receive your payment.
If there are any discrepancies in the service details, please contact us immediately.
We cannot take responsibility for delays or service errors caused by missing information or lack of communication.
Cancellations:
A cancellation fee will apply once your reservation is confirmed. The cancellation policy is detailed on the service page.
Prepayment is required.
If your payment is not confirmed by the deadline stated in our email, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Payment Method:
We accept credit card payments.
If credit card payment is not available for you, we will provide an alternative method with an additional handling fee.
Please consult with us in advance regarding your preferred day, time, and service details.
A regular schedule will be arranged based on your request.
Any services outside the agreed day/time will be treated as one-time bookings and charged separately.
If your required hours vary from month to month, please inform us in advance.
Unavailable Services:
We do not provide medical or professional services, physical contact-related tasks, disassembly of appliances or furniture, or heavy lifting.
Excluded Cleaning Areas:
We cannot handle stubborn rust or water scale removal, air conditioner cleaning, or disassembly cleaning of furniture/appliances.
Cleaning Supplies:
We use the cleaning tools and supplies available at your home.
If you would like us to bring our own, an additional charge will apply.
Any expenses incurred during the service (e.g., purchase requests) will be supported with a receipt and charged afterward.
If you wish to extend the service on the day, please ask the staff directly.
An overtime fee will be charged for every 10 minutes past the reserved time.
If the service starts late due to your personal reasons, the end time will remain the same.
Please note that any extension will incur additional charges.
For regular clients, we aim to assign the same staff member each time.
However, in case of illness or personal matters, a substitute staff may visit.
In the event of typhoons or major transportation delays, we will contact you in advance if the staff is unable to travel safely.
If the staff arrives late due to unforeseen circumstances, the lost time will be added to the service.
If you request shopping assistance, the staff will temporarily cover the cost and you will be billed after the service.
If the child receiving babysitting services has a fever or illness upon arrival, a sick-child care fee will be charged.
In rare cases, the service may be canceled due to staff illness or personal emergencies.
We will do our best to notify you as early as possible.
