Q1. Who are the sitters?
A. Our sitters have childcare or parenting experience. Some are bilingual and can also support children with special needs. If you wish, we can arrange a meeting with the sitter in advance.
Q2. What ages do you accept?
A. We generally provide care for children from 1 to 13 years old. For infants under 1 year, we can assist with household chores and meal preparation. Support may vary depending on age, so please consult with us in advance.
Q3. Can I request pick-up and drop-off only?
A. Yes, you can. We provide safe and reliable transportation for daycare, school, or extracurricular activities.
Q4. What if there are no ingredients at home?
A. Our sitters can prepare meals with the ingredients available. If requested in advance, they can also purchase necessary items before arriving.
Q5. Can I receive photos or updates about my child?
A. Yes, upon request we can send you photos or videos of your child during the sitting via LINE or other communication tools.
Q6. Can I ask for tidying up or cleaning?
A. Yes, we tidy up after playtime and organize your child’s space. If requested, we can also help clean areas such as the living room, kitchen, or bathroom. (Housekeeping-only services are also available.)
Q7. What is the minimum time I can book?
A. The minimum booking is 3 hours. We also offer trial plans for first-time users.
Q8. How and when should I make the payment?
A. Payments are made in advance via bank transfer or Square (credit card).
Q9. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Yes. 50% will be charged for cancellations made the day before, and 100% for same-day cancellations.
Q10. Are there any membership or annual fees?
A. There is a one-time registration fee of 5,500JPY (tax included). No annual or monthly fees, and no fixed-term contracts are required.
