Exam Structure Overview

The exam is divided into four (4) main sections with a total of 70 questions and 70 marks.

✅ SECTION A: Video-Based Questions

Total: 40 Marks

📽️ PART 1: Match-the-Sign Statement Questions

• Questions: 1–20

• Marks: 20

• Format: Watch a video and choose the sentence that best matches the sign from four options (A–D).

• Answering: Circle your answer on the paper AND shade the correct option on the scannable sheet.

• Questions: 21–35

• Marks: 15

• Format: Watch a series of signed statements. Choose whether each is True (A) or False (B).

• Each video is shown twice.

📚 PART 3: Story-Based Comprehension

• Questions: 36–40

• Marks: 5

• Format: Watch a full signed story and answer multiple-choice questions based on the content.

c. Foods to eat daily
d. How to prevent pregnancy

✅ SECTION B: Vocabulary and Parameters in Sign Language

Total: 20 Marks
Questions: 41–60

• Answer vocabulary and concept questions about signs used in Ghanaian Sign Language.
  
  

• Format: Multiple choice (A–D) based on descriptions of signs.

Question 46: What is the sign for “Emergency”?
