VIDEO ASSIGNMENTS

Instructions 

1. Foremost, install the Google Classroom App.  

2. Obtain the class code from your class rep to join the class.

3. Follow the instructions under each assignment.

Video Assignment 1

Open your sign language book to page 26 (you can create your own conversation) and practice the conversation there with a colleague. After the practice, record your conversation and post the recorded video using the Google Classroom App (Join your class before you post your video). 

Video Assignment 2

Open your sign language book to page 33 (you can create your own story about yourself or add up to what is in the book) and practice the practice story about yourself. After the practice, record yourself and post the recorded video using the Google Classroom App (join your class before you post your video).

Video Assignment 3

Open your sign language book to page 42 (you can create your conversation) and practice the conversation there with a colleague  After the practice, record yourself and post the recorded video using the Google Classroom App (join your class before you post your video).

Video Assignment 4

Create at least a 2-minute video (the video must not be less than 2 minutes and not more than 3 minutes) of hospital-setting conversation (eg. Communication between a doctor and a patient).  Practice the conversation there with a colleague  After the practice, record yourself and post the recorded video using the Google Classroom App (join your class before you post your video).

Video Assignment 5 (Myself extended)

Write a basic story about yourself (2-3 minutes). This may include; your name, age, number of siblings, and whether you were the first, second, or last born. Do you work and school or only at school? your favorite food and other likes. Your room paint colour etc. Practice how to sign the story. After the practice, record yourself and post the recorded video using the Google Classroom App (join your class before you post your video).
