Getting to know you 

Overview 

The unit introduces you to a few signs that are necessary to begin the conversation for the first meeting. You will also learn how to count from 1-30 in GhSL. 

Learning Outcome 

By the end of this module, participants will be able to:

• • Recognized and responded to GhSL basic greetings.

  • Use the index finger to sign all personal pronouns

  • Differentiate between words that are signed with the index finger and flat hand shapes.

  • Indicate possession in GhSL using HAVE.

  • recognized and signed all the days of the week

  • Finger count from 1–30
