Image Identification – 90 Questions
You will see different signs presented as images.
No options will be given.
Each image will include a clue to help you identify the sign.

Video Translation – 30 Questions
You will watch short signed videos and choose the correct answer. These follow three formats:
10 videos: Choose the closest meaning of the sentence.
5 videos: Choose the correct response to the question.
15 videos: True/False based on the meaning of the signed sentence.
Examples:
• Signed: “your name what” → Correct: What is your name? (Choose from options A-D)
• Signed: “What is the color of human blood?” → Correct: Red (Choose from options A-D)
• Signed: “Every married person has a baby.” → Correct: False (choose between True or False)
Theory Questions – 30 Questions
These questions will cover topics such as:
Concept of deafness
Five parameters of sign language
Inflections
Types of verbs
Iconicity
History of Ghanaian Sign Language, etc.
Example: In sign language, “handshape” refers to: Correct answer: The shape of the signer’s hands (choose from option A-D)
